Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik szklany. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika szklanego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik szklany w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z góry, fig.2- pojemnik szklany w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z dolu, a fig.3- pojemnik szklany w widoku z góry. Pojemnik szklany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly bedacej zestawieniem dwóch stozków scietych o róznych srednicach podstaw, przy czym dolny stozek ma podstawe o wiekszej srednicy i ma wieksza wysokosc, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do fig.3.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a glass container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the glass container in a perspective view from the side and top, Fig. 2 - the glass container in a perspective view from the side and bottom, and Fig. 3 - the glass container in a top view.
