W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, opakowanie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz ornamentacji wytworu. Wzorem objeto cztery, majace wspólne cechy istotne, odrebne postacie opakowania, które stanowia odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Compared to similar products of this type, the packaging, based on the industrial design, is distinguished by a new form manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation of the product. The design covers four distinct forms of packaging, sharing essential common features, which constitute variations of the industrial design. The packaging design in its four variations is shown in the collective drawing and additional drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side, Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side, Fig. 3 shows the third variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side, and Fig. 4 shows the fourth variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side. The packaging, according to the first design variant, is characterized by its shape as a slightly upward-flaring, round tub with a straight side wall. A rectangular handle extends upward from the top rim of the tub, with a transversely shaped oval opening. On the inside side wall, below the top rim, the tub has a circumferential line. The side wall of the tub has a smooth outer surface. The packaging, according to the second design variant, is characterized by its shape as a slightly upward-flaring, round tub with a straight side wall. A rectangular handle extends upward from the top rim of the tub, with a transversely shaped oval opening. On the inside side wall, below the top rim, the tub has a circumferential line. The side wall of the tub has an outer surface with evenly spaced longitudinal lines around the circumference. The packaging, according to the third design variant, is characterized by its shape, slightly widening upward, of a round tub with a straight side wall. A rectangular handle extends upward from the upper rim of the tub, with a transversely shaped oval opening on it. On the inside of the side wall, below the upper rim, the tub has a circumferential line. The side wall of the tub has an outer surface with ornamentation resembling a braid, with alternating rectangular interlacings and outlined longitudinal and transverse lines, respectively. The packaging, according to the fourth design variant, is characterized by its shape, slightly widening upward, of a round tub with a straight side wall. From the upper rim of the tub extend upwards, two opposing rectangular handles, each with a transversely shaped oval opening. On the inside side wall, below the upper rim, the tub has a circumferential line. The side wall of the tub has an outer surface with evenly spaced longitudinal lines around the circumference. The essential features of the packaging in the first design variant are that it has the shape of a slightly upwardly widening, round tub with a straight side wall. From the upper rim of the tub extends upwards, a rectangular handle with a transversely shaped oval opening. On the inside side wall, below the upper rim, the tub has a circumferential line. The tub's side wall has an outer surface with ornamentation resembling a braid of alternating rectangular interlacings with outlined longitudinal and transverse lines, respectively, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The essential features of the packaging in the fourth design variant are that it has the shape of a slightly upwardly widening, round tub with straight side walls. From the top rim of the tub extend upwards two opposing rectangular handles, each with a transversely shaped oval opening. On the inside side wall, below the upper rim, the tub has a circumferential line.
