Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, przeznaczone do przechowywania artykulów spozywczych, zwlaszcza sera. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, opakowanie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz ornamentacji wytworu. Wzorem objeto dwie, majace wspólne cechy istotne, odrebne postacie opakowania, które stanowia odmiany wzoru. Wzór opakowania w jego dwóch odmianach jest uwidoczniony na rysunku zbiorczym i rysunkach dodatkowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, a fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku. Opakowanie, wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt beczulki o lekkozbieznej ku dolowi scianie bocznej. Od górnego obrzeza beczulki ku górze odchodza dwa przeciwlegle prostokatne ucha, kazde z poprzecznie na nim uksztaltowanym owalnym zarysem. Na scianie bocznej, od wewnatrz, ponizej górnego obrzeza, beczulka ma obwodowa linie. Sciana boczna beczulki ma powierzchnie zewnetrzna z obwodowo, równomiernie w duzych odstepach od siebie, rozmieszczonymi wzdluznymi liniami. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the packaging, according to the industrial design, is distinguished by its novel form, manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material, and ornamentation of the product. The design covers two distinct forms of packaging, sharing essential features, which constitute design variations. The packaging design in its two variations is shown in the collective drawing and additional drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side, and Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the packaging in a perspective view from above and side. The packaging, according to the first variation of the design, is characterized by its barrel-shaped shape with a side wall that slightly slopes downward. From the upper rim of the barrel extend upwards, two opposing rectangular handles, each with a transverse oval outline. On the inside side wall, below the upper rim, the barrel has a circumferential line. The outer side wall of the barrel has longitudinal lines spaced evenly around the circumference, at large intervals. The packaging, according to the second design variant, is characterized by its barrel-shaped shape, with a side wall that slightly slopes downwards. From the upper rim of the barrel extend upwards, two opposing rectangular handles, each with a transverse oval outline. On the inside side wall, below the upper rim, the barrel has a circumferential line. The barrel's side wall has an outer surface with evenly spaced longitudinal lines along its circumference. The essential features of the packaging in the first design variant are its barrel-shaped shape, with a slightly tapered side wall. Two opposing rectangular handles extend upward from the upper rim of the barrel, each with a transversely shaped oval outline. On the inner side wall, below the upper rim, the barrel has a circumferential line. The side wall of the barrel has an outer surface with longitudinal lines spaced evenly around the circumference and at large intervals, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The essential features of the packaging in the second design variant are that it has the shape of a barrel with a side wall that slightly tapers downward. From the upper rim of the barrel extend upwards two opposite rectangular handles, each with a transversely shaped oval outline on it. On the side wall, on the inside, below the upper rim, the barrel has a circumferential line. The side wall of the barrel has an outer surface with longitudinal lines spaced evenly around the circumference and at small intervals, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2.
