W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pojemnik z przykrywka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie zmierzajacym do celów estetycznych, oraz ukladzie linii, co razem nadaje mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Compared to similar products of this type, the container with a lid according to the industrial design is distinguished by a novel form manifested in an aesthetically pleasing shape and line arrangement, which together give it a new and original appearance. The container with a lid according to the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a side cross-sectional view without the lid; Fig. 2 shows the container in a top view without the lid; Fig. 3 shows the container in a side view without the lid from the fuse strip; Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional profile view of the container's top edge; Fig. 5 shows the lid in a side cross-sectional view; Fig. 6 shows the lid in a top view; and Fig. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of the lid edge. The container with a lid consists of a vessel and a lid. The vessel, viewed from above, has an ellipse-shaped top edge that is slightly curled outward. The lower part of the vessel resembles an ellipse, with the side walls cut parallel at the vertices, with the side wall surfaces slightly widening upward. The bottom of the vessel has an ellipse-shaped top with cut vertices and a concave surface, surrounded by a marginal convexity of the same shape. Below the upper edge of the vessel, a circumferential ring is located in the form of a band, offset from the side wall surfaces. This ring, together with the upper, contoured part of the vessel, forms a recessed socket for the lid's side edge. A safety strip in the form of a strip that can be broken off from the ring is attached to the surrounding ring, located a short distance from one of the vessel's peaks. The upper edge of the vessel has an outward flare, corresponding to the inner part of the lid. The lid, in turn, has a flat surface located in a recess and a surrounding outward flare, with the edge flared upward and then downward, creating a slotted inner ring corresponding to the flare of the vessel's upper edge. The vessel and lid are connected by a snapping action after the lid's slotted inner ring is inserted onto the upper edge of the vessel. The essential features of a container with a lid are that it consists of a vessel and a lid, wherein the vessel in a top view has the shape of an ellipse and its upper edge is slightly curled outwards, while the lower part of the vessel resembles an ellipse with side walls truncated at the vertices parallel to each other, wherein the surfaces of the side walls slightly widen upwards, and the bottom of the vessel has the shape of an ellipse with truncated vertices with a concave base plane, surrounded by an edge convexity of the same shape, and below the upper edge of the vessel there is a ring in the shape of a belt surrounding the vessel, spaced from the surface of the side walls, and on the surrounding ring, located at a short distance from one of the vertices of the vessel, a safety strip in the shape of a belt is attached, the upper edge of the vessel has an outward curl corresponding to the inner part of the lid, and the lid has a flat surface situated in a recess surrounded by an outward curled collar with an edge curled upwards and then downwards so as to form a slotted inner ring corresponding to the curl of the upper edge of the vessel, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
