Pojemnik z przykrywka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 25.01.2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik z przykrywka przeznaczony, zwlaszcza na produkty spozywcze. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z przykrywka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z przykrywka w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik bez przykrywki w pólwidoku - pólprzekroju, fig. 3 - pojemnik bez przykrywki w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - fragment przekroju pojemnika przez plombe wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 2.Pojemnik z przykrywka wedlug wzoru charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt scietego ostroslupa o malej zbieznosci ku dolowi lekko wypuklych scian bocznych i o zaokraglonych krawedziach. Podstawa ma ksztalt prostokata z lekko wypuklymi krawedziami. W czesci górnej pojemnik ma obwodowy niewielki kolnierz wywiniety na zewnatrz. Przykrywka ma ksztalt odwzorowujacy ksztalt obrzeza pojemnika i ma od góry wglebienie o zarysie odtwarzajacym zarys obrzeza pojemnika. Przykrywka zamocowana jest na pojemniku zatrzaskowo. Ponizej górnego kolnierza znajduje sie dookola pojemnika pierscien oporowy z widocznymi plytkami prostokatnymi stanowiacymi zeberka usztywniajace. Ponizej pierscienia oporowego widoczny jest pierscien prostokatny stanowiacy odstopniowanie scian bocznych. Pierscien oporowy ma plombe w ksztalcie prostokata o szerokosci nieco wiekszej niz szerokosc pierscienia usytuowana w narozu pojemnika. Plomba od góry polaczona jest lamliwie z pojemnikiem przewezkami, a z boków oddzielona jest od pierscienia oporowego szczelinami. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the container with a lid, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container with a lid in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the container without a lid in a half-view/half-section, Fig. 3 - the container without a lid in a top view, Fig. 4 - a fragment of a cross-section of the container through the seal along line A-A in Fig. 2. The container with a lid according to the design is characterized by its shape of a truncated pyramid with a slight downward taper, slightly convex side walls, and rounded edges. The base is rectangular with slightly convex edges. The upper part of the container has a small, outward-turning circumferential flange. The lid is shaped to replicate the container's rim and has a recess at the top, its outline resembling the container's rim. The lid is attached to the container with a snap-fit. Below the upper flange, a retaining ring surrounds the container, with visible rectangular plates serving as stiffening ribs. Below the retaining ring, a rectangular ring is visible, forming a step in the side walls. The retaining ring has a rectangular seal, slightly wider than the ring, located in the corner of the container. The seal is frangibly connected to the container at the top by constrictions, and is separated from the retaining ring at the sides by slits.
