W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, opakowanie, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, • wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz ornamentacji wytworu. With regard to the known products of similar form, the packaging, according to the industrial pattern, • distinguishes a new form that manifests itself in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, material and ornamentation of the product.

Wzorem objeto szesc, majacych wspólne cechy istotne, odrebnych postaci opakowania, które stanowia odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. The design covers six separate forms of packaging, having common essential features, which are variations of the industrial design.

Wzór opakowania w jego szesciu odmianach jest uwidoczniony na rysunku zbiorczym i rysunkach dodatkowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia druga odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane opakowania w widokuperspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 4 - czwarta odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 5 - piata odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, a fig. 6 - szósta odmiane opakowania w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku.
