Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku w widoku z boku. Opakowanie produktów spozywczych wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego ma postac pojemnika otwartego ku górze. Pojemnik ma ksztalt scietego stozka z mniejsza podstawa skierowana ku dolowi i sciankami bocznymi zwienczonymi walcowym przetloczeniem zakonczonym kolnierzem. Dno pojemnika usytuowane pod katem posiada w centralnej czesci pierscieniowe wglebienie. Opakowanie produktów spozywczych, zwlaszcza mleka zsiadlego wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: 1. ma postac otwartego pojemnika w ksztalcie odwróconego stozka posiadajacego u góry walcowe przetloczenie na calym obwodzie, 2. walcowe przetloczenie posiada od dolu symetrycznie usytuowane trapezowe wytloczenia, 3. przy górnej krawedzi poziomo i obwodowo na zewnatrz walcowego przetloczenia rozciaga sie kolnierz, 4. dno usytuowane jest pod katem rozwartym do osi opakowania i katem ostrym do bocznej scianki, 5. w dnie opakowania znajduje sie centralnie usytuowane pierscieniowe wglebienie. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in a side view. The food packaging, made of plastic, is in the form of a container open at the top. The container has the shape of a truncated cone with a smaller base pointing downward and side walls topped with a cylindrical embossment terminating in a flange. The container's angled bottom has an annular recess in its central section. Food product packaging, especially sour milk, according to an industrial design, has the following essential features: 1. it has the form of an open container in the shape of an inverted cone with a cylindrical embossment at the top along its entire circumference, 2. the cylindrical embossment has symmetrically placed trapezoidal embossments at the bottom, 3. a flange extends horizontally and circumferentially at the top edge outside the cylindrical embossment, 4. the bottom is situated at an obtuse angle to the axis of the packaging and an acute angle to the side wall, 5. there is a centrally located annular recess in the bottom of the packaging.
