Wzór butelki jest nowa postacia wyrobu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter i nowe cechy po- staciowe. Butelka jest przedstawiona na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na fig. 1, pokazana jest butelka w widoku z góry, a na fig. 2 widnieje butelka w widoku z dolu. Charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest bryla obrotowa, posiadajaca wklesla podstawe w ksztalcie kola, z numerem formy na srodku i z moletka na obwodzie, z zaokraglonymi krawedziami przechodzacymi na lukowy odcinek scianki bocznej. Ta z kolei lekkim zaokragleniem przechodzi w pole etykietowe o walcowym uksztaltowaniu, które w górnej czesci po kolejnym zaokra- gleniu przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w stozkowa szyjke. The bottle design is a new form of the product, possessing an individual character and new design features. The bottle is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from above, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle from below. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential feature of the industrial design is a new, original form of the glass bottle, with individually shaped features. It is characterized by being a solid of revolution, having a concave circular base, with a mold number in the center and a knurl on the circumference, with rounded edges that extend onto the arcuate section of the side wall. This, in turn, gently curves into a cylindrical label field, which, after being further rounded, gently curves into a conical neck at the top. Four vertical indentations are symmetrically placed around the neck's circumference. The neck is topped with a circumferential, gentle arc transition, creating a narrowing for the head, which is adapted for a cork closure.
