Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 1 grudnia 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu najczesciej wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie perfum i wód zapachowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, nadajacym butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - prezentujacej butelke w widoku z przodu i widoku z boku oraina rysunku, na którym fig.2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku od czola, fig.3 - w widoku z boku, fig.4 - w widoku od spodu, natomiast fig.5 - w widoku z góry. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona u góry w nagwintowana szyjke, przechodzaca ponizej w czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa widziana z przodu oraz z tylu ma zarys stylizowanej kropli scietej u góry i u dolu. Boczne scianki butelki sa lukowo wyprofilowane. Widoczne z góry maja zarys elipsy, natomiast widziane z boku maja zarys odcinków prostych w górnej czesci, przechodzacych w zbiezne ku dolowi odcinki o zarysie niewielkiego luku. Dno butelki jest pogrubione i widoczne od spodu ma ksztalt owalu. Ponizej szyjki, czesc zbiornikowa butelki jest ograniczona pozioma plaszczyzna, widoczna jako sciecie stylizowanej kropli. Plaszczyzna ta ma zarys kola. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since December 1, 1999. The design is a bottle used primarily for packaging cosmetic products, particularly perfumes and scented waters. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in a shape that gives the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle from the front and side views, in the original drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 from the side, Fig. 4 from the bottom, and Fig. 5 from the top. According to the design, the bottle is equipped with a threaded neck at the top, which merges into the reservoir section below. The reservoir section, seen from the front and back, has the shape of a stylized teardrop, truncated at the top and bottom. The bottle's side walls are arched. Viewed from above, they have an ellipse, while seen from the side, they have straight sections at the top, converging towards the bottom with a slight arc. The bottle's base is thickened and, seen from below, has an oval shape. Below the neck, the reservoir section is bounded by a horizontal plane, visible as a truncated section of the stylized teardrop. This plane has a circular outline.
