Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 27 marca 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania wód toaletowych, wód kwiatowych oraz perfum. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz nazalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - prezentuje butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.4 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona w nagwintowana szyjke przechodzaca ponizej w czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki ma postac bryly przypominajacej w swym ksztalcie sciety, odwrócony i splaszczony od czola i z tylu stozek. Podstawa butelki i górna powierzchnia butelki w widoku z góry maja zarys owalu. W widoku z przodu górna powierzchnia butelki w okolicach szyjki jest pozioma na nastepnie ukosnie zbiezna ku krawedzi. Od czola i z tylu górna powierzchnia butelki jest posrodku scieta, tworzac ukosnie nachylona scianke. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since March 27, 2001. The design is a bottle intended primarily for packaging eau de toilette, floral water, and perfume. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the bottom. In accordance with the design, the bottle is equipped with a threaded neck that extends below into the reservoir section. The reservoir portion of the bottle is shaped like a truncated cone, inverted and flattened at the front and rear. The bottle's base and upper surface, viewed from above, have an oval outline. Viewed from the front, the upper surface of the bottle is horizontal near the neck, then diagonally tapered towards the edge. At the front and rear, the upper surface of the bottle is beveled in the middle, creating a diagonally sloping wall.
