Buteleczka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 26 czerwca 2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania lakieru do paznokci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych buteleczce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - przedstawiajacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.2 - prezentuje buteleczke w widoku z przodu, natomiast fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu.Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona u góry w rozmieszczona osiowo nagwintowana szyjke. Szyjka w dolnej czesci posiada obwodowy nadlew, ponizej którego przechodzi w czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa buteleczki, o pogrubionym w porównaniu do pozostalych scianek dnie, przypomina w swej formie stylizowana, przezroczysta kostke, w której zawarta jest banka powietrza. Kostka ma ksztalt zblizony po bokach do szescianu. Jej górna powierzchnie stanowi fragment kuli, scietej po bokach i u dolu. Sciecia, tworzace boki butelki maja w widoku z przodu zarys kola i sa wewnatrz wklesle. Naroza czesci zbiornikowej sa zaokraglone i stanowia czesc powierzchni sferycznej kuli tworzacej górna powierzchnie tej czesci. Dno butelki jest wklesle. Ma ono zarys kola z chropowata obwódka na obrzezu. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since June 26, 2001. The design is a bottle, primarily intended for packaging nail polish. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, where Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the front, and Fig. 3, from the bottom. According to the design, the bottle is equipped with an axially threaded neck at the top. The neck has a circumferential lug at the bottom, below which it transitions into the reservoir section. The reservoir portion of the bottle, with a thicker bottom than the other walls, resembles a stylized, transparent cube containing an air bubble. The cube's sides are similar to a cube. Its upper surface is a fragment of a sphere, truncated at the sides and bottom. The truncations forming the sides of the bottle have a circular outline when viewed from the front and are concave inside. The corners of the reservoir portion are rounded and form part of the spherical surface of the sphere that forms the upper surface of this portion. The bottom of the bottle is concave, having a circular outline with a rough rim.
