Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy. oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - prezentujacej butelke w widoku perspektywicznym oraz nazalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 - przedstawiajacym butelke w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie prostopadloscianu i wyposazona u góry w rozmieszczona osiowo, nagwintowana szyjke. Wzdluzne krawedzie butelki sa sciete ukosnie. Butelka w widoku od spodu butelka ma zarys prostokata ze scietymi narozami. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since July 10, 2000. The design is a bottle, primarily intended for eau de toilette. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, showing the bottle from the bottom. The bottle, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped like a cuboid and equipped with an axially arranged, threaded neck at the top. The bottle's longitudinal edges are beveled. When viewed from the bottom, the bottle has a rectangular outline with cut corners. PL PL PL
