Abstract

The Industrial Design consists of the features of shape, pattern, ornament and configuration of the writing instrument shown in the drawings. The drawings show two designs which do not differ substantially from each other. Figs. 1-7 show the first variant; and Figs. 8-14 show the second variant. Drawing(s)/photograph(s) of the design is (are) included. Figure 1 is a front perspective view of a writing instrument for right-handed use illustrating a first variant of the present design; Figure 2 is a front elevational view thereof; Figure 3 is a back elevational view thereof; Figure 4 is a left side elevational view thereof; Figure 5 is a right side elevational view thereof; Figure 6 is a top elevational view thereof; Figure 7 is a bottom elevational view thereof; Figure 8 is a front perspective view of a writing instrument illustrating the second variant of the present design similar to that of Figs. 1-7 but for left-handed use; Figure 9 is a front elevational view thereof; Figure 10 is a back elevational view thereof; Figure 11 is a left side elevational view thereof; Figure 12 is a right side elevational view thereof; Figure 13 is a top elevational view thereof; Figure 14 is a bottom elevational view thereof.
