Latarenka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 6 kwietnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest latarenka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych latarence nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na którym fig.1 - prezentuje latarenke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - w widoku z góry, natomiast fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Latarenka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie geometrycznej bryly, która w srodkowej czesci przypomina wswej formie odwrócony, sciety ostroslup, przechodzacy u dolu w przewezenie, to zas laczy sie z podstawa. Podstawa latarenki ma ksztalt krazka o zarysie kolowym. Górna czesc latarenki przypomina w swej formie daszek o zarysie kwadratu w widoku z góry, osadzony na szerszej czesci odwróconego, scietego ostroslupa. Obrzeza daszku sa wysuniete poza obrys krawedzi ostroslupa i tworza rant. U góry daszek laczy sie z szyjka o zarysie kolowym, przy czym krawedzie, z których wysuwa sie szyjka sa wyprofilowane lukowo. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since April 6, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a lantern. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the lantern a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents the lantern in perspective, Fig. 2 in top view, and Fig. 3 in bottom view. The lantern, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped as a geometric solid, whose central part resembles an inverted, truncated pyramid, narrowing at the bottom, where it connects to the base. The base of the lantern is shaped like a circular disk. The upper part of the lantern resembles a square-shaped roof from above, set on the wider part of an inverted, truncated pyramid. The edges of the roof extend beyond the pyramid's edge, forming a rim. At the top, the roof connects to a circular neck, with the edges from which the neck extends being arc-shaped. PL PL PL
