Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w grafice i kolorystyce opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opakowanie w widoku z góry, fig.3- opakowanie w widoku z dolu, fig.4- opakowanie w widoku od strony tylnej, fig.5- opakowanie w widoku od strony przedniej, fig.6- opakowanie w widoku od strony krótszego boku, a fig.7- opakowanie w widoku od strony drugiego krótszego boku. Opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majace ksztalt prostopadloscianu, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: grafika sciany górnej oraz sciany dolnej obejmuje: tlo w kolorze zóltym z centralnym polem o zarysie ziarna fasoli, które wypelnione jest kolorem czerwonym oraz ozdobnym bialym opisem literowym, czerwone i czarne opisy literowe oraz rysunki stylizowane na kolorowe domki, zielone drzewa, biale chmurki, grzybki z czekoladowymi kapeluszami oraz dwie postaci. Grafika sciany przedniej obejmuje tlo w kolorzezólto-zielonym z centralnym polem o zarysie ziarna fasoli, które wypelnione jest kolorem czerwonym oraz ozdobnym bialym opisem literowym, rysunek strumyka z kladka oraz rysunek grzybków z czekoladowymi kapeluszami. Grafika kazdej sciany bocznej obejmuje: zólte tlo z centralnym polem o zarysie ziarna fasoli, które wypelnione jest kolorem czerwonym oraz ozdobnym bialym opisem literowym, rysunek stylizowany na grzybek z czekoladowym kapeluszem oraz czerwony opis literowy. The novelty and individual character of the design are evident in the graphics and colors of the packaging. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cardboard packaging for confectionery products in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the packaging in a top view, Fig. 3 - the packaging in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the packaging in a back view, Fig. 5 - the packaging in a front view, Fig. 6 - the packaging in a view from the shorter side, and Fig. 7 - the packaging in a view from the other shorter side. This industrial-style cardboard confectionery packaging, shaped like a cuboid, has the following key features: the top and bottom graphics include a yellow background with a central field shaped like a bean, filled with red and a decorative white lettering, red and black lettering, and stylized drawings of colorful houses, green trees, white clouds, mushrooms with chocolate hats, and two figures. The front graphics include a yellow and green background with a central field shaped like a bean, filled with red and a decorative white lettering, a drawing of a stream with a footbridge, and a drawing of mushrooms with chocolate hats. Each sidewall graphic includes: a yellow background with a central field in the shape of a bean, filled with red and featuring decorative white lettering, a stylized image of a mushroom with a chocolate cap, and a red lettering. The backwall field features a yellow background with a white rectangular area with a barcode and numerous black lettering, as shown in the attached drawings, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
