Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w grafice i kolorystyce opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- opakowanie w widoku z góry, fig.3- opakowanie w widoku z dolu, fig.4- opakowanie w widoku od strony przedniej, fig.5- opakowanie w widoku od strony tylnej, fig.6- opakowanie w widoku od strony krótszego boku, a fig.7- opakowanie w widoku od strony drugiego krótszego boku. Opakowanie kartonowe na wyroby cukiernicze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majace ksztalt prostopadloscianu, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w polu sciany górnej widoczne sa dwa obszary, przy czym w obszarze o tle czerwonym widoczne sa ozdobne biale opisy literowe, zas w obszarze majacym tlo kremowo-pomaranczowe widoczne sa rysunki saszetki i talerza z okraglymi ciastkami oblanymi czekolada oraz czarne opisy literowe. W prawym narozu sciany górnej widoczne jest granatowe pole o zarysieprostokata z jednym falistym bokiem, w którym widoczne sa czerwone opisy literowe. Na scianie tylnej opakowania grafika obejmuje czerwone tlo oraz opisy literowe, zas na scianie przedniej grafika obejmuje czerwone tlo z bialymi ozdobnymi opisami literowymi, rysunek pojedynczego ciastka oblanego czekolada oraz ozdobne prostokatne, granatowe, narozne pole ze sciany górnej. Grafika kazdej sciany bocznej obejmuje: czerwone tlo oraz biale ozdobne opisy literowe. W polu sciany dolnej grafika obejmuje dwa obszary, przy czym w obszarze o tle czerwonym widoczne sa ozdobne biale opisy literowe, zas w obszarze majacym tlo kremowo-pomaranczowe, widoczne sa: prostokatna ramka, w której wnetrzu znajduja sie rysunki trzech opakowan wyrobów cukierniczych oraz rysunek talerza z okraglymi ciastkami oblanymi czekolada, a takze dwa prostokatne biale pola z czarnymi opisami, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PLThe industrial design is a cardboard packaging for confectionery products. The novelty and individual character of the design are evident in the graphics and colors of the packaging. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the cardboard packaging for confectionery products in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the packaging in a top view, Fig. 3 - the packaging in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the packaging in a front view, Fig. 5 - the packaging in a back view, Fig. 6 - the packaging in a view from the shorter side, and Fig. 7 - the packaging in a view from the other shorter side. This industrial-style cardboard confectionery packaging, in a cuboid shape, features the following key features: the top wall features two visible areas: the red background area features decorative white lettering, while the cream-and-orange background area features images of a bag and a plate with round chocolate-covered cookies and black lettering. The right corner of the top wall features a navy blue rectangular box with one wavy side, displaying red lettering. The back wall graphic features a red background and lettering, while the front wall graphic features a red background with decorative white lettering, an image of a single chocolate-covered cookie, and a decorative rectangular navy blue corner box on the top wall. Each side wall graphic features a red background and decorative white lettering. In the lower wall area the graphic covers two areas, where in the area with a red background decorative white letter descriptions are visible, while in the area with a cream and orange background the following are visible: a rectangular frame with drawings of three packages of confectionery products inside and a drawing of a plate with round cookies covered with chocolate, as well as two rectangular white fields with black descriptions, as shown in the attached drawing, from fig.1 to fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7FIG.2FIG.3FIG.4FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PL
