( Austria) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest stojak wystawowy przeznaczony do eksponowania towarów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac stojaka wystawowego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia stojak wystawowy w pierwszej odmianie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - stojak wystawowy w drugiej odmianie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - stojak wystawowy w trzeciej odmianie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - stojak wystawowy w czwartej odmianie wykonania w widokuperspektywicznym, zas fig. 5 przedstawia stojak wystawowy w piatej odmianie wykonania w widoku perspektywicznym. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, stojak wystawowy posiadajacy podstawe i czesc wystawiennicza, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w pierwszej odmianie wykonania podstawa w czesci przedniej jest pólokragla a na jej sciance przedniej ma prostokat zlozony z rzedów owalnych otworów umieszczonych poprzecznie. Na podstawie osadzona jest szersza od niej czesc wystawiennicza o ksztalcie zblizonym do litery D. Od strony podstawy czesc wystawiennicza posiada gladka powierzchnia z wystajaca dolna krawedzia zewnetrzna w innym kolorze. W czesci przedniej czesc wystawiennicza ma calkowicie przejrzysta scianke. Boki czesci wystawienniczej maja ksztalt prostokatów odpowiadajacych szerokosci scianki tylnej. W czesci przedniej scianki tylnej czesci wystawienniczej usytuowany jest prostokat zlozony z rzedów owalnych otworów umieszczonych poprzecznie. Czesc wystawiennicza zakonczona jest lekko wystajaca krawedzia górna w ksztalcie litery D w innym kolorze. Ponadto na krawedzi wewnetrznej scianki tylnej krawedzi górnej umieszczony jest z prawej strony prostokatny element. W drugiej odmianie wykonania stojak wystawowy dodatkowo do pierwszego wariantu wykonania ma usytuowana w czesci centralnej gladkiej powierzchni prostokatna plyte z umieszczonymi na niej cylindrycznymi pretami. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the display stand, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the display stand in the first embodiment in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the display stand in the second embodiment in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the display stand in the third embodiment in a perspective view, Fig. 4 - the display stand in the fourth embodiment in a perspective view, while Fig. 5 shows the display stand in the fifth embodiment in a perspective view. According to the decorative design and as shown in the attached photographs, the display stand, which has a base and a display section, is characterized by the fact that in the first variant, the base is semicircular in its front section and has a rectangle on its front wall composed of rows of oval holes placed crosswise. A wider display section, shaped similarly to the letter D, is mounted on the base. The display section has a smooth surface on the base side with a protruding lower outer edge in a different color. The front of the display section has a completely transparent wall. The sides of the display section are rectangular, corresponding to the width of the rear wall. The front of the rear wall of the display section has a rectangle composed of rows of oval holes placed crosswise. The exhibition section is finished with a slightly protruding D-shaped upper edge in a different color. Furthermore, a rectangular element is placed on the right side of the inner edge of the rear wall of the upper edge. In the second variant, the exhibition stand, in addition to the first variant, has a rectangular plate in the central part of the smooth surface with cylindrical rods placed on it. In the third variant, the exhibition stand, in addition to the second variant, has an elongated element with an oval base, with cylindrical tubes placed inside, attached to the outer edge of the rear wall of the exhibition section on two rectangular supports, with only the outer edges and the upper wall made of a uniform material. In the fourth variant, the exhibition stand, in addition to the third variant, has a two-level tower with a spire placed on four legs on the upper wall of the elongated element with an oval base. In the fifth variant, the display stand, in addition to the second variant, has an elongated element with an oval base attached to the outer edge of the rear upper edge of the display section on two rectangular supports. The front wall features a label with drawings of a sausage pet and rows of inscriptions, and a stylized inscription inscribed within a circle. The top wall of this element features a two-level tower with a spire on four legs, with a sausage pet placed halfway up the spire. At the top of the spire are protruding oval-like elements pointing in four directions, with stylized inscriptions inscribed within a circle.
