Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, barwie, nadajaca przedmiotowi oryginalny wyglad, przeznaczony do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej.
