Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest plafon przeznaczony do celów reklamowo-oswietleniowych, wykorzystywany zwlasz- cza w róznych punktach sprzedazy detalicznej. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunku i bar-wie, które nadaja plafonowi wedlug wzoru swoisty, oryginal- ny i estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym materiale ilustracyjnym, który przedstawia widok perspektywiczny plafonu od dolu. Plafon, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest utworzony z polaczonych ze soba pod katem pro- stym pojedynczych segmentów. Segmenty polaczone ze soba w linii prostej maja ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly ze scieta ukosnie sciana przednia, natomiast segment narozni- kowy, umozliwiajacy zagiecie plafonu pod katem prostym, ma ksztalt scietego prosto ostroslupa o podstawie trójkata równoramiennego. Kazdy segment plafonu ma wszystkie krawe- dzie obwiedzione czerwonym konturem, natomiast na ukosnie scietych scianach segmentu prostopadlosciennego i na trape- zowej scianie segmentu naroznikowego sa umieszczone elemen- ty dekoracyjne i napisy. The subject of the ornamental design is a ceiling lamp intended for advertising and lighting purposes, used particularly in various retail outlets. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, drawing, and color, which give the ceiling lamp a unique, original, and aesthetic appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a perspective view of the ceiling lamp from below. The ceiling lamp, according to the ornamental design, is characterized by being composed of individual segments joined together at right angles. The segments, connected in a straight line, form a cuboid with a diagonally cut front wall. The corner segment, which allows the ceiling to be bent at a right angle, is shaped like a straight-cut pyramid with an isosceles triangle base. Each ceiling segment has all edges outlined in red, while the diagonally cut walls of the cuboid segment and the trapezoidal wall of the corner segment bear decorative elements and inscriptions.
