Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sygnalizator akustyczno- optyczny, stanowiacy element skladowy instalacji alarmowej, przeznaczony do montowania w pomieszczeniach zamknietych oraz na zewnatrz budynków. Sygnalizator moze byc mocowany do scian budynku, do ogrodzenia lub w innych dogodnych miejscach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material wytworu. Sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy, korzystnie z tworzyw sztucznych.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny w widoku z góry, zas fig.2 - w widoku z boku od strony czolowej. Sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.3 - ilustruje przedmiot w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.4 - w widoku z góry, natomiast fig.5 - w widoku z boku od strony czolowej. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze - sygnalizator akustyczno-optyczny, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym posiada czesc tylna 1 oraz w pokrywe 2. Sygnalizator jest uksztaltowany w formie splaszczonej bryly o zaokraglonych narozach 3 i krawedziach 4. Bryla sygnalizatora w widoku z góry ma zarys zblizony do czworokata. Boczne scianki 5 sa zbiezne ku sobie. Scianki 6 sa wyprofilowane lukowo i usytuowane naprzeciw siebie. Scianki 6 wypukla czescia sa skierowane na zewnatrz. The industrial design is for an acoustic-optical alarm device, a component of an alarm system, intended for installation indoors and outdoors. The device can be mounted to building walls, fences, or other convenient locations. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The acoustic-optical alarm device can be manufactured industrially or by hand, preferably from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the acoustic-optical alarm device from above, and Fig. 2 shows the side view from the front. The acoustic-optical signaling device is also shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 3 illustrates the item in a perspective view, Fig. 4 in a top view, and Fig. 5 in a side view from the front. Significant features of the industrial design include the following: the acoustic-optical signaling device, in accordance with the industrial design, has a rear part 1 and a cover 2. The signaling device is shaped as a flattened block with rounded corners 3 and edges 4. The shape of the signaling device in a top view resembles a quadrangle. The side walls 5 converge toward each other. The walls 6 are arc-shaped and positioned opposite each other. The convex portion of the walls 6 faces outward. In the narrowed part of the cover 2 surface there is a lampshade 7 with an edge § profiled in an arc on the inside.
