Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zdobienia powierzchni i ukladzie linii, nadajacych opakowaniu wyrobu kosmetycznego nowy, oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawionego na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 - fig. 4, przedstawiajacych opakowanie w widokuogólnym z przodu oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 5 - ilustrujacym zarys opakowanie w widoku z góry. PL PLCosmetic Product Packaging The right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 16, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is the packaging of a cosmetic product, particularly a hair shampoo. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, surface decoration, and line arrangement, giving the cosmetic product packaging a new, original appearance aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1-Fig. 4, showing a general front view of the packaging, and in the attached drawing, Fig. 5, illustrating the outline of the packaging from above. The cosmetic product packaging, according to the ornamental design, shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1 and the attached drawing Fig. 2, is shaped like a transparent bottle filled with a yellow liquid. The packaging, viewed from above, has an ellipse-shaped outline. It is equipped with a cap and labels on the back and front. The back label, visible from the front, features a drawing of a herb bush with its inflorescence. The front label is transparent. At the top, in a frame, is an inscription. Below it, there is also an inscription, distinguished by its size and thickness compared to the other inscriptions. Below this inscription, on the side, is a circle outlined by several circumferential lines, with stylized inscription placed at the top and bottom on the widest circumferential line. Inside the circle is a drawing of the same herb species as the one shown on the back label. Below the circle, inscriptions are arranged in horizontal rows, and at the bottom, in the center, is a square. Within the square is a stylized letter motif, with the upper part of the motif emphasized by a thin line and the lower part placed diagonally.
