Pierwszenstwo : 25.05.1999 r. /Francja/ Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do magazynowania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - butelke w widokuz góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig. 6 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku przeciwleglego do fig. 5. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fotografiach, butelka w zasadniczej swojej powierzchni jest matowana i ma ksztalt cylindryczny z cylindryczna szyjka i nakretka, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu w czesci centralnej posiada przezroczysta powierzchnie o ksztalcie stylizowanego okienka otoczonego galazkami laurowymi z koncami polaczonymi szarfa, a ponizej umieszczony jest stylizowany napis " PRINCIPE MIHAL" pisany charakterystyczna czcionka, pod którym umieszczony jest rysunek sztandarów. Powyzej stylizowanego okienka znajduje sie rysunek pieczeci z odchodzacymi szarfami, których koncówki stykaja sie ze stylizowana ramka. Powyzej pieczeci butelka posiada na swoim obwodzie wypuklosc z tloczonym geometrycznym wzorem. W widoku z tylu, na wysokosci stylizowanego okienka, na owalu umieszczony jest rysunek popiersia mezczyzny z broda w nakryciu glowy, zas powyzej umieszczony jest stylizowany napis "PRINCIPE MIHAL". Szczególny efekt estetyczny otrzymuje sie w widoku na butelke z przodu, gdy butelka wypelniona jest plynem, uzyskujac lekko rozmyty obraz mezczyzny w nakryciu glowy. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a side view opposite to Fig. 5. In accordance with the decorative pattern, and as shown in the attached photographs, the bottle is matt in its main surface and has a cylindrical shape with a cylindrical neck and cap, and is characterized in that in the front view, in the central part, it has a transparent surface in the shape of a stylized window surrounded by laurel branches with the ends connected by a sash, and below there is a stylized inscription "PRINCIPE MIHAL" written in a characteristic font, below which there is a drawing of banners. Above the stylized window is a design of a seal with extending ribbons, the tips of which meet the stylized frame. Above the seal, the bottle has a convexity around its circumference with an embossed geometric pattern. In the rear view, at the height of the stylized window, an oval design depicts the bust of a bearded man wearing a headdress, while above it is the stylized inscription "PRINCIPE MIHAL." A special aesthetic effect is achieved when the bottle is viewed from the front, when the bottle is filled with liquid, creating a slightly blurred image of the man wearing the headdress. PL PL PL PL
