W jednym owalwykonane jest wybranie, a w drugim umieszczony jest obrazek po- piersia górala. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni paska, przylegajac do obrazka popiersia górala, wykonany jest nastepny obrazek popiersia gorala umiesz- czosrs na tle pejzazu górskiego. Pejzaz, obejmuje okolo polowe wewnetrz- nej powierzchni paska. Etykieta wedlug wzoru znalazla zastosowanie do umieszczania na opakowaniach do przechowywania plynnych srodków spozywczych w szczególnosci wody mineralnej. Ornamental design protection is valid from: 18/10/1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a label, particularly one placed on packaging for storing liquid foodstuffs. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the label, manifested in its shape and design. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows the front view of the label in Fig. 1, and the back view of the label in Fig. 2. and: only this one, according to the ornamental design, takes the form of a longitudinal stripe. The outer surface of the stripe has a blue and white pattern with two gold borders along its longer sides. On the outer surface of the stripe are two ovals with flattened bases, surrounded by gold borders. Below the ovals are the inscriptions ZY~WilC KI KRYSZTAL, with the word ŻYWIECKI placed on a dark gold background, similar in shape to a ribbon. One oval has a recess, and the other has an image of a highlander's bust. On the outer surface of the strip, adjacent to the image of the highlander's bust, another image of a highlander's bust is placed against the background of a mountain landscape. The landscape covers approximately half of the inner surface of the strip. The label, based on this design, was used on packaging for storing liquid foodstuffs, particularly mineral water.
