Oplot rogozynowy butelki Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 28 marca 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oplot rogozynowy butelki. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zestawieniu splotów i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 - pokazano oplot rogozynowy niepelny z okienkiem i wiazaniem, a na fig. 2 - ten sam oplot w widoku z tylu. Oplot rogozynowy butelki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi go polaczenie splotów rogozynowych, które oplataja butelke czesciowo, przy czym dól oplotu ma postac zakonczenia osnowowego a nad nim utworzony jest splot wezykowy dolny, powyzej którego, oplot stanowi splot osnowowy równolegly, który od podstawy szyjki butelki ma postac splotu wezykowego z dwóch watków i jest przyciety od góry, przy czym do górnego splotu wezykowego dolaczone jest z jednego bokuoplotu wiazanie o splocie sznurkowym oplatajace szyjke butelki i zakonczone petelka zalozona na petelke dolaczona do drugiego boku oplotu, dolny splot wezykowy polaczony jest z górnym splotem wezykowym po linii ukosnej w tylnej czesci oplotu, a wyciety czesciowo splot osnowowy równolegly w czesci przedniej oplotu stanowi okienko na etykiete. Oplot jest wykonany z rogozyny w naturalnym kolorze. PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design is valid from: March 28, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a rogosine bottle braid. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of weaves, and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows an incomplete rogosine braid with a window and binding, and Fig. 2 shows the same braid from the back. The bottle's robe braid is characterized in that it is a combination of robe weaves that partially encircle the bottle, wherein the bottom of the braid has the form of a warp end and above it a lower ribbed weave is formed, above which the braid is a parallel warp weave, which from the base of the bottle's neck has the form of a ribbed weave made of two threads and is cut from the top, wherein a string-like binding is attached to the upper ribbed weave on one side of the braid, encircling the bottle's neck and ending with a loop placed on a loop attached to the other side of the braid, the lower ribbed weave is connected to the upper ribbed weave along a diagonal line in the rear part of the braid, and the partially cut parallel warp weave in the front part of the braid constitutes a window for the label. The braid is made of natural-colored rogosine.
