Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.2- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.3- bu- telke w widoku z tylu, a fig.4- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmujaca prze- zroczysty trzysegmentowy korpus z cylindryczna szyjka, cha- rakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchni segmentu dolnego i górnego butelki znajduja sie wyciski stylizowanych postaci ludzkich w ruchu. Na cylindrycznym segmencie dolnym znajdujasie kolejno od strony przedniej: stylizowana postac ludzka w ruchu wypelniajaca w przyblizeniu cala powierzchnie przed- nia, ornament skosnych wzorów, mniejsza stylizowana postac ludzka w ruchu usytuowana w polu w poblizu dna butelki, sty- lizowana postac ludzka w ruchu wypelniajaca w przyblizeniu cala powierzchnie tylna, ornament skosnych wzorów oraz mniej- sza stylizowana postac ludzka w ruchu usytuowana w polu w po- blizu dna butelki. Ponadto w segmencie górnym butelki, na wy- puklosci pod cylindryczna szyjka, znajduja sie trzy wyciski przedstawiajace postac ludzka w ruchu, przy czym sa one ulo- zone symetrycznie na obwodzie tego segmentu. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in the bottle's ornamentation. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 - the bottle from the back, and Fig. 4 - the bottle from the other side. The bottle according to the ornamental design, comprising a transparent three-segment body with a cylindrical neck, is characterized by impressions of stylized human figures in motion on the surface of the lower and upper segments of the bottle. The cylindrical lower segment features, from the front, a stylized human figure in motion, approximately filling the entire front surface, a diagonal ornament, a smaller stylized human figure in motion, positioned in a field near the bottom of the bottle, a stylized human figure in motion, approximately filling the entire rear surface, a diagonal ornament, and a smaller stylized human figure in motion, positioned in a field near the bottom of the bottle. Furthermore, the upper segment of the bottle, on the convexity under the cylindrical neck, features three impressions depicting a human figure in motion, arranged symmetrically around the circumference of this segment.
