Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z przykrywka za- mykana zatrzaskowo,wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczo- na do przechowywania artykulów kosmetycznych. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle with the lid from the back, Fig. 2 shows the bottle with the lid and open lid from the front, and Fig. 3 shows variations of the bottle with the lid from the front. A bottle with a lid according to the decorative pattern is characterized in that the body of the bottle with a lid has the form of a symmetrical, flattened solid with rounded sides with a cross-section in the shape of an ellipse, wherein in one axial plane passing through the shorter axis of the ellipse the body of the bottle with a lid has the shape of a rectangle, while in the other axial plane passing through the longer axis of the ellipse the lower and upper edges of the cross-section are parallel and the side edges have the shape of halves of a hyperbola converging towards the lid. From the bottom the body of the bottle is limited by a bottom in the shape of an ellipse with rounded edges. From the top, a darker lid is mounted on the body of the bottle, the lower edge of the side surface of which, at the connection with the outer surface of the body of the bottle, has a shape similar to The top flat surface is ellipsoidal. The lid has a ring-shaped cap, which is placed in a channel with two parallel and radially curved side edges extending across the entire width of the top surface of the lid.
