Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka czworoscienna z wydluzona szyjka, przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie alkoholowych. Istota wzoru oraz jej odmian, w odniesieniu do powszechnie znanych i stosowanych butelek, jest ksztalt wysokiej szyjki, oraz jej proporcje w stosunku do pozostalej czesci korpusu, a takze oryginalnie uksztaltowany czworoscienny korpus. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. la - przedstawia rzut z góry butelki, fig. 2 - przedstawia odmiane butelki w widoku z przodu, fig. 2a - przedstawia rzut z góry tej odmiany butelki oraz fig. 3 - przedstawia kolejna, druga odmiane w widoku z przodu i fig. 3a - przedstawia rzut z góry tej odmiany. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. la - butelka posiada wydluzona, wysoka szyjke, która u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem, ponizej - na niewielkiej wysokosci - ma ksztalt walca, a jeszcze nizej ksztalt zblizony do czworosciennego ostroslupa scietego o sciankach lukowo wkleslych do srodka. Bryla tego ostroslupa dolna podstawa laczy sie z czworoscianem stanowiacym zasadniczy korpus butelki. Korpus w dolnej czesci jest na calym obwodzie powiekszony. Górna krawedz konturowa tego powiekszenia na przedniej i tylnej sciance butelki, a takze na sciankach bocznych ma ksztalt wygietego w góre luku, natomiast na sciankach naroznych jest prosta. W rzucie z góry korpus ma ksztalt kwadratu o bokach lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz oraz skosnie scietych narozach, z których wyprowadzone sa narozne scianki szyjkiposiadajace w tym rzucie ksztalt trójkatów o wierzcholkach zanikajacych w kierunku osi butelki. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 2 i fig. 2a - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem, ponizej na niewielkiej wysokosci ma ksztalt walca, zas jeszcze nizej przybiera ksztalt czworosciennego ostroslupa scietego o sciankach lukowo wkleslych do srodka. Bryla tego ostroslupa dolna podstawa laczy sie z czworoscianem stanowiacym zasadniczy korpus butelki. Korpus ten w dolnej czesci, jest na calym obwodzie powiekszony. Górna konturowa krawedz tego powiekszenia na przedniej i tylnej sciance korpusu, a takze na sciankach bocznych ma ksztalt wygietego w gore luku. W rzucie z góry korpus ma ksztalt kwadratu o bokach lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz oraz zaokraglonych narozach. Kolejna odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunkach fig. 3 i fig. 3a - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka u góry zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem, ponizej na niewielkiej wysokosci ma ksztalt walca, a jeszcze nizej przybiera ksztalt zblizony do czworosciennego ostroslupa scietego o sciankach lukowo wkleslych do srodka. Bryla tego ostroslupa dolna podstawa laczy sie z czworoscianem stanowiacym zasadniczy korpus butelki. Na przedniej, czolowej sciance korpusu, a takze na przeciwleglej, tylnej jego sciance, wykonany jest owalny nadlew z wyprowadzonymi symetrycznie na boki dwoma ramionami w postaci luków. Luki te lacza obydwa owalne nadlewy tj. owal z przedniej oraz tylnej scianki. W rzucie z góry korpus ma ksztalt kwadratu o lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz bokach oraz zaokraglonych narozach. Wzór butelki z wydluzona szyjka wykonany jest w 3-ech odmianach w tym: fig. 1 i fig. la - przedstawia wzór butelki czworosciennej ze scietymi narozami korpusu i szyjki; fig. 2 i fig. 2a - przestawia butelke czworoscienna z zaokraglonymi narozami;fig. 3 i fig. 3a - przedstawia butelke czworoscienna z owalnymi nadlewami na przedniej i tylnej sciance. Jak wynika z opisu i rysunków cechy istotne wzoru to: -wydluzona, czworoscienna szyjka radykalnie zmieniajaca proporcje w stosunku do pozostalej czesci korpusu; - czworoscienny ksztalt korpusu; - powiekszenie dolnej czesci korpusu (fig. 1 i fig. 2); - ozdobny lukowaty ksztalt górnych krawedzi tego powiekszenia (fig. 1 i fig. 2); - owalne nadlewy polaczone lukami (fig. 3). Wymienione powyzej istotne cechy butelki wyrózniaja ja sposród innych, znanych wzorów butelek. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a tetrahedral bottle with an elongated neck, intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design and its variants, compared to commonly known and used bottles, is the shape of the tall neck and its proportions relative to the rest of the body, as well as the uniquely shaped tetrahedral body. The subject of the design is shown in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 1a shows a top view of the bottle, Fig. 2 shows a front view of a variant of the bottle, Fig. 2a shows a top view of this variant of the bottle, and Fig. 3 shows another, second variant in a front view, and Fig. 3a shows a top view of this variant. As shown in Figures 1 and 1a, the bottle has an elongated, high neck, terminating in a threaded boss at the top. Below, at a short height, it is cylindrical in shape, and further down, it resembles a truncated tetrahedral pyramid with walls arcing inward. The lower base of this pyramid connects to the tetrahedron that constitutes the bottle's main body. The body is enlarged around its entire circumference in the lower part. The upper contour of this enlargement on the front and rear walls of the bottle, as well as on the side walls, is shaped like an upward-curved arc, while on the corner walls it is straight. Viewed from above, the body is square in shape with slightly outward-convex sides and obliquely cut corners, from which the corner walls of the neck extend, which in this view have the shape of triangles with vertices tapering towards the bottle's axis. The bottle variant shown in Figures 2 and 2a is characterized by a neck with a threaded boss at the top, a cylindrical shape at a short height below, and even lower still, a truncated tetrahedral pyramid with walls concave inward. The lower base of this pyramid connects to the tetrahedron, which constitutes the basic body of the bottle. This body is enlarged around its entire circumference in the lower part. The upper contoured edge of this enlargement on the front and rear walls of the body, as well as on the side walls, has the shape of an upward-curving arc. Viewed from above, the body is square with slightly outward-convex sides and rounded corners. Another bottle variant, shown in Figures 3 and 3a, is characterized by its neck terminating in a threaded boss at the top, being cylindrical at a short height below, and taking on a shape similar to a truncated tetrahedral pyramid with walls arcing inward. The lower base of this pyramidal shape connects to the tetrahedron that constitutes the bottle's main body. The front, front wall of the body, as well as its opposite, rear wall, features an oval riser with two symmetrically projecting arc-shaped arms. These arcs connect the two oval risers, i.e., the ovals on the front and rear walls. Viewed from above, the body has a square shape with slightly outwardly convex sides and rounded corners. The elongated neck bottle design is available in three variations, including: Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a show a tetrahedral bottle with truncated corners on the body and neck; Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a show a tetrahedral bottle with rounded corners; Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a show a tetrahedral bottle with oval risers on the front and rear walls. As can be seen from the description and drawings, the design's essential features include: an elongated, tetrahedral neck that radically changes its proportions relative to the rest of the body; a tetrahedral body shape; an enlarged lower part of the body (fig. 1 and fig. 2); a decorative, arched shape of the upper edges of this enlargement (fig. 1 and fig. 2); and oval risers connected by arches (fig. 3). The bottle's essential features listed above distinguish it from other known bottle designs.
