Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie butelki . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.3- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.4- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego,obejmujaca kor- pus z walcowa szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: kor-pus obejmuje trzy segmenty, kazdy w ksztalcie stozka sciete- go, przy czym dolny stozek ma wypukla sciane boczna i jest oddzielony od segmentu srodkowego wypukloscia, której sciana boczna tworzy zarys litery "V", a w polowie wysokosci szyjki przebiega obwodowy wystep. W polu dna korpusu widoczny jest pas symetrycznych zarysów w ksztalcie czesci kola, jak przed- stawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1 do 4. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 4 - the bottle in a bottom view. The industrial design bottle, comprising a body with a cylindrical neck, has the following essential features: the body comprises three segments, each in the shape of a truncated cone, the lower cone having a convex side wall and being separated from the middle segment by a convexity, the side wall of which forms the outline of the letter "V," and a circumferential projection runs halfway up the neck.
