Butelka zawierajaca korpus oraz nakladke zamykajaca, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus obejmuje czesc dolna w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana górna oraz szyjke w ksztalcie walca, której srednica jest dwa razy mniejsza od srednicy czesci dolnej, przy czym na wypuklej powierzchni korpusu widoczne sa ozdobne, nieregularne, w przyblizeniu, owalne obszary ulozone w pasie wokól szyjki, zas dno korpusu butelki jest posrodku wklesle i wkleslosc ma ksztalt czesci kuli, której powierzchnia obejmuje wiele powierzchni o zarysach trójkatnych. W polu pierscieniowej czesci dna otaczajacej wkleslosc widoczne sa elementy graficzne, literowe i cyfrowe. Nakladka zamykajaca ma ksztalt walca z lekko wypukla sciana górna, a na powierzchni bocznej nakladki widoczne sa ozdobne wypuklosci, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l oraz od fig.4 do fig.6. Nastepna butelka zawierajaca korpus oraz nakladke zamykajaca, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus obejmuje czesc dolna w ksztalcie walca z wypukla sciana górna oraz szyjke w ksztalcie walca, której srednica jest okolo dwa razy mniejsza od srednicy czesci dolnej, przy czym na wypuklej powierzchni korpusu widoczne sa ozdobne, nieregularne, w przyblizeniu, owalne obszary przebiegajace od strony przedniej na strone tylna osiagajac na stronie tylnej prawie cala wysokosc czesci dolnej korpusu. Dno korpusu butelki jest posrodku wklesle i wkleslosc ma ksztalt czesci kuli, której powierzchnia obejmuje wiele powierzchni o zarysach trójkatnych. W polu pierscieniowej czesci dna otaczajacej wkleslosc widoczne sa elementy graficzne, literowe i cyfrowe. Nakladka zamykajaca ma ksztalt walca, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.2 oraz od fig.7 do fig.9. A bottle comprising a body and a closure cap, according to an industrial design, has the following essential features: the body comprises a cylindrical lower section with a convex upper wall and a cylindrical neck whose diameter is half that of the lower section. The convex surface of the body features decorative, irregular, approximately oval areas arranged in a band around the neck. The bottom of the bottle body is concave in the center, and the concavity is shaped like part of a sphere, the surface of which includes multiple triangular surfaces. The annular portion of the bottom surrounding the concavity features graphic, letter, and numerical elements. The closure cap is cylindrical in shape with a slightly convex upper wall, and decorative protrusions are visible on the side surface of the cap, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 to Fig. 6. The next bottle comprising a body and a closure cap, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: the body comprises a cylindrical lower part with a convex upper wall and a cylindrical neck, the diameter of which is approximately twice that of the lower part, wherein the convex surface of the body shows decorative, irregular, approximately oval areas extending from the front to the rear, reaching almost the entire height of the lower part of the body on the rear. The bottom of the bottle body is concave in the center, and the concavity is shaped like part of a sphere, the surface of which comprises a plurality of surfaces with triangular outlines. Graphic, letter, and numerical elements are visible in the annular portion of the bottom surrounding the concavity. The closure cap is cylindrical, as shown in the attached drawings, Fig. 2 and Fig. 7 to Fig. 9. Another bottle comprising a body and a closure cap, according to the industrial design, has the following significant features: the body comprises a cylindrical lower portion with a convex upper wall and a cylindrical neck, the diameter of which is approximately three times smaller than the diameter of the lower portion. The convex surface of the body features decorative, irregular, approximately oval areas extending from the front to the rear, reaching almost the entire height of the lower portion of the body on the rear. The bottom of the bottle body is concave in the center, and the concavity is shaped like part of a sphere, the surface of which comprises a plurality of triangular surfaces. Graphic, letter, and numeric elements are visible in the annular area of the bottom surrounding the concavity.
