Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfumeryjnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia na fotografii widok perspektywiczny butelki z przodu, Fig. 2 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki z przodu, Fig. 3 - przedstawia na rysunku widok butelki od strony dna Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Butelka ma postac eliptycznego wysokiego walca o cienkich sciankach i o grubym dnie. Dno i wierzch czesci zbiornikowej butelki sa plaskie, przy czym jej wierzch zaopa- trzony jest w cylindryczna osiowa szyjke zakonczona obwodowym zewnetrznym kolnie- rzem. Przekrój wzdluzny czesci zbiornikowej widziany od przodu i tylu butelki jest zblizony do prostokata, zas przekrój poprzeczny do osi wzdluznej tej butelki ma ksztalt elipsy. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a photograph showing a perspective view of the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - a drawing showing a front view of the bottle, Fig. 3 - a drawing showing a view of the bottle from the bottom. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle is in the form of a tall, elliptical cylinder with thin walls and a thick bottom. The bottom and top of the reservoir portion of the bottle are flat, with the top provided with a cylindrical axial neck terminating in a circumferential external flange. The longitudinal cross-section of the reservoir portion, viewed from the front and back of the bottle, approximates a rectangle, while the cross-section along the longitudinal axis of the bottle is elliptical.
