Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla przeznaczona glównie do konfekcjonowania kosmetyków i plynów perfume- ryjnych. Przekroje poprze- czne tej czesci zbiornikowej wzrastaja od jej dna do wierzchu i maja ksztalt zblizo- ny do wypuklej figury utworzonej przez dwa luki polaczone swymi koncami, przy czym wspomniany punkt polaczenia tych luków jest zaokraglony. Plaski wierzch butiki zaopatrzony jest w obwodowy uskok, oraz w cylindryczna szyjke posiada- jaca otaczajacy wystajacy pierscien. Stosunek wiekszej srednicy wspomnianego pola przekroju przy dnie do wiekszej srednicy tego pola przy wierzchu i do wyso- kosci butelki z szyjka ma sie w przyblizeniu tak jak:86 : 36 :115.Fig. 1Fig 2 Fig 3 Fig. 4 PLBottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for packaging cosmetics and perfume liquids. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 - a photograph showing a perspective view of the bottle, Fig. 2 - a drawing showing the front and back views of the bottle, Fig. 3 - a drawing showing the side views of the bottle, Fig. 4 - a drawing showing the bottom view of the bottle. Essential features of the industrial design: From the front, the reservoir portion of the bottle resembles the body of a flattened bell with outwardly convex walls. The cross-sections of this reservoir portion increase from the bottom to the top and have a shape similar to a convex figure formed by two arcs connected end to end, with the aforementioned point of connection of these arcs being rounded. The flat top of the bottle is provided with a circumferential offset and a cylindrical neck with a surrounding protruding ring. The ratio of the larger diameter of the cross-sectional area at the bottom to the larger diameter of this area at the top and to the height of the bottle with the neck is approximately 86 : 36 : 115.
