Buteleczka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 29 wrzesnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów kosmetycznych, szczególnie perfum, wód kwiatowych, wód toaletowych, odzywek i lakierów do paznokci oraz innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Nowa postac buteleczki przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje buteleczke w widoku od czola odmiana 1, fig.2 - buteleczke w widoku z boku odmiana 1, fig.3 - uwidacznia buteleczke w widoku od spodu odmiana 1, fig.4 - uwidacznia buteleczke w widoku od czola odmiana 2, fig. 5 - w widoku z boku odmiana 2, natomiast fig.6 - w widoku od spodu odmiana 2. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony takze na zalaczonej fotografii prezentujacej buteleczke w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym fig.7 - przedstawia buteleczke, wedlug odmiany 1, zas fig. 8 - wedlug odmiany 2. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze buteleczka zgodnie z rozwiazaniem jest wyposazona w czesc zbiornikowa 1, polaczona u góry z osiowo rozmieszczona szyjka 2. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 buteleczki, wglebiona od spodu, w widoku z góry oraz w widoku od spodu ma zarys owalu. Boczna scianka 3 buteleczki jest niesymetryczna wzgledem osi A-A. Z jednej strony czesci zbiornikowej 1 boczna scianka 3 tworzy lukowe wygiecie 4 a po przeciwnej stronie osi A-A lukowa wypuklosc 5. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, odmiana 1 ma wieksza pojemnosc, nieco wieksza podstawe i jest wyzsza niz buteleczka, odmiana 2. Jej szyjka 2 jest zakonczona pierscieniem 5. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products, particularly perfumes, floral waters, eau de toilettes, conditioners, nail polishes, and others. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The new form of the bottle is manifested in its shape. The bottle, according to the design, is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 - illustrates the bottle in a front view, variant 1, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, variant 1, Fig. 3 - shows the bottle in a bottom view, variant 1, Fig. 4 - shows the bottle in a front view, variant 2, Fig. 5 - the side view, variant 2, and Fig. 6 - the bottom view, variant 2. The subject of the design is also shown in the attached photograph presenting the bottle in a perspective view, where Fig. 7 - shows the bottle according to variant 1, and Fig. 8 - according to variant 2. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the bottle, according to the solution, is equipped with a reservoir part 1, connected at the top to an axially arranged neck 2. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle, recessed from the bottom, has an oval outline in both top and bottom views. The side wall 3 of the bottle is asymmetrical with respect to the A-A axis. On one side of the reservoir part 1, the side wall 3 forms an arc-shaped bend 4 and on the opposite side of the axis A-A, an arc-shaped convexity 5. The bottle, according to the industrial design, version 1, has a larger capacity, a slightly larger base and is higher than the bottle, version 2. Its neck 2 is finished with a ring 5.
