Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 21.05.2001r. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiaja- ca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 pokazuj e jedna ze scian butelki a fig.2 widok od strony szyjki. Butelka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma kwadratowa podstawe i prosto- katne sciany przechodzace w dluga wysmukla szyjke. Kazda ze scian, w pew-nej odleglosci od podstawy, ma uksztaltowana plaszczyzne w postaci prosto- kata, którego dluzsze boki schodza sie lagodnie w górnej czesci butelki, przy czym plaszczyzna ta jest odchylona pod niewielkim katem na zewnatrz od sciany butelki. W miejscu zejscia sie boków tej plaszczyzny rozpoczyna sie trójkatny dlugi rowek zwezajacy sie ku górze az do calkowitego zanikniecia jak pokazuje rysunek. PL PLThe Bottle's Ornamental Design Registration Right is valid from May 21, 2001. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape. The ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows one of the bottle's walls and Fig. 2 shows a view from the neck. The bottle, according to the ornamental design, has a square base and rectangular walls that merge into a long, slender neck. Each wall, at a certain distance from the base, has a rectangular plane, the longer sides of which converge gently at the top of the bottle, with this plane tilted at a slight outward angle from the bottle wall. Where the sides of this plane meet, a long triangular groove begins, narrowing upwards until it disappears completely, as shown in the drawing.
