Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz zastosowanym zdobnictwie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony zostal na rysunku na którym plyta przedstawiona jest w widoku od czola na fig. 1 w wersji pieciootworowej oraz na fig. 2 w odmianie w wersji szesciootworowej. Ksztalt plyty wyznaczaja dwie plaszczyzny wzajemnie równolegle górna i dolna miedzy którymi znajduje sie piec otworów o ksztalcie kolowym usytuowanych na wspólnej osi poziomej jak pokazano na rys. fig. 1 oraz szesc otworów w odmianie plytyjak pokazano na rys. fig.2. Sciany boczne sa skosne usytuowane pod katem ostrym do dolnej plaszczyzny plyty i sa profilowane w ten sporób, ze posiadaja trójkatny wystep w poblizu dolnej plaszczyzny oraz lukowe wybranie w poblizu górnej plaszczyzny jak pokazano na rys. fig. 1 i 2. Plyta wykonana jest z betonu w jego naturalnym kolorze. PL PL0 0 The right of registration for the ornamental design has been in effect since August 28, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a multi-channel ceiling slab, particularly a concrete slab constituting a structural element of the ceiling. The essence of the ornamental design is manifest in its shape, line arrangement, and applied ornamentation. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, which shows the slab from the front in Fig. 1 in the five-hole version and in Fig. 2 in the six-hole version. The shape of the slab is defined by two mutually parallel planes: the upper and lower, between which are five circular holes located on a common horizontal axis, as shown in Fig. 1, and six holes in the slab variant, as shown in Fig. 2. The side walls are sloping, situated at an acute angle to the lower surface of the slab, and are profiled so that they have a triangular projection near the lower surface and an arc-shaped recess near the upper surface, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. The slab is made of concrete in its natural color.
