POJEMNIK Z OTWIERACZEM Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 22.02.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik z otwieraczem stosowany jako opakowanie do produktów sypkich, slodyczy. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z otwieraczem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pojemnik z otwieraczem w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - pojemnik z otwieraczem w widoku z boku, fig.3. - elementy skladowe pojemnika z otwieraczemPojemnik z otwieraczem wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi butelka skladajaca sie z cylindrycznego korpusu stozkowo przechodzacego w szyjke, która stanowi cylinder ze stozkowo rozszerzonym elementem zwienczonym pierscieniem, na pobocznicy korpusu pojemnika znajduja sie dwa cylindryczne wglebienia , w których osadzony jest otwieracz Otwieracz sklada sie z raczki przechodzacej plynnie w korpus z otworem w ksztalcie prostokata o wyokraglonych narozach i z wystepem w dolnej czesci. Na raczce otwieracza znajduja sie dwa walcowe wystepy odpowiadajace wglebieniom na korpusie pojemnika. Stosunek wysokosc cylindrycznej czesci korpusu pojemnika do wysokosci calego pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,44 a stosunek srednicy pierscienia szyjki pojemnika do srednicy jego dna wynosi okolo 0,5. Zamkniecie pojemnika stanowi zatrzaskowa pokrywka w ksztalcie kapsla. Pojemnik korzystnie moze byc wykonany z przezroczystego bezbarwnego tworzywa zas pokrywka i otwieracz z barwnego tworzywa w dowolnym kolorze. There are two cylindrical projections on the handle of the opener, corresponding to the recesses on the container body. The ratio of the height of the cylindrical part of the container body to the height of the whole container is about 0.44 and the ratio of the diameter of the neck of the container to the diameter of its bottom is about 0.5. The container is closed with a snap cap-shaped lid. The container may advantageously be made of a transparent colorless material with a lid and an opener of a colored material of any color. PL
