Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, majacy zastosowanie jako pojemnik do przechowywania i transportowania produktów spozywczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego polega na nowym ukladzie linii tworzacych zarys sloika. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie na fig.1 przedstawiono sloik w widoku z boku, na fig.2 przedstawiono zarys dna sloika, zas na fig 3 przedstawiono sloik w widoku w perspektywie. Sloik jest przestrzennym elementem, z jednej strony zamkniety dnem, a z drugiej majacy szyjke przechodzaca w cylindryczna glówke z zaczepami na nakretke. Sloik tworzy szesc plaskich scian, polaczonych ze soba lagodnymlukiem. W dolnej strefie sciany przechodza lukiem w dno. W górnej strefie sciany przechodza lagodnym lukiem w plaska powierzchnie, która lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w szyjke. Nad szyjka sloik ma glówke o srednicy nieco wiekszej niz srednica szyjki. W dolnej strefie glówki sloik ma ksztaltowe, o lukowym zarysie przekroju poprzecznego wypusty do zaczepów nakretki. Wysokosc pola glówki z wypustami jest w przyblizeniu równa 0,3 wysokosci calej glówki. Do zamykania sloika stosuje sie nakretki, nie uwidocznione na rysunku, o zwiekszonej wysokosci, majace pole etykietowe równiez na powierzchni czesci obwiedniowej. Sloik wykonany jest ze szkla lub tworzywa, przezroczystego lub nieprzezroczystego, bezbarwnego lub barwnego, co z barwa nakretki oraz ewentualna zawartoscia tworzy pozytywne doznania estetyczne. The essence of the industrial design lies in the new arrangement of lines forming the jar's outline. The decorative pattern is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the jar from a side view, Fig. 2 shows the outline of the jar's bottom, and Fig. 3 shows the jar in perspective. The jar is a three-dimensional element, closed at one end by a bottom, and at the other end by a neck that transitions into a cylindrical head with cap hooks. The jar is composed of six flat walls, connected by a gentle arc. In the lower zone, the walls arc into the bottom. In the upper zone, the walls transition in a gentle arc to a flat surface, which then transitions in a gentle arc into the neck. Above the neck, the jar has a head with a diameter slightly larger than the neck itself. At the bottom of the head, the jar has shaped, arc-shaped projections for the cap's hooks. The height of the head area with the projections is approximately 0.3 times the height of the entire head. Caps, not shown in the drawing, are used to close the jar, but with an increased height and a label area also on the circumferential surface. The jar is made of glass or plastic, transparent or opaque, colorless or colored, which, combined with the color of the cap and any contents, creates a positive aesthetic experience.
