Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem, przeznaczona do przechowywania, transportu i sprzedazy cieczy, zwlaszcza napojów alkoholowych, przy czym zamkniecie moze pelnic role kieliszka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze stanowi ja nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, przy czym butelka ma obrys tulowia manekinu meskiego, którego szyja stanowi szyjke 0 ksztalcie scietego stozka z obwodowym pólpierscieniowym wyobleniem, a zamkniecie ma postac bryly drazonej o ksztalcie scietego stozka z obwodowym, pasowym, pocieniajacym scianke wybraniem i wewnetrznym pólpierscieniowym wybraniem, odpowiadajacym wyobleniu na szyjce, oraz wewnetrzna plaska przylge na dnie górnym zamkniecia z obwodowym rowkiem. The essence of the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it is a new form of a bottle with a closure manifested in its shape, where the bottle has the outline of a male mannequin's torso, the neck of which is a truncated cone-shaped neck with a peripheral semi-ring convexity, and the closure has the form of a carved solid in the shape of a truncated cone with a circumferential, strip-shaped recess that thins the wall and an internal semi-ring recess corresponding to the convexity on the neck, and an internal flat rebate on the upper bottom of the closure with a circumferential groove. The subject matter of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, Figure 1 of which shows the bottle in front and perspective view; Fig. 2 in a side view, Fig. 3 in a view and perspective of the closure 1 below the neck, and Fig. 4 the same elements in an axial section. A bottle with a closure according to the industrial pattern, having the outline of the brush of the male mannequin, on the neck has peripheral imagination at a height of about one third from the base of the neck, and the closure, also plays the roles of the glass, is a sprayed bristle with a cuts with an internal concave on the neck, and the bottom of the closure has a flat rebate with a circumferential groove on the inside. The side surface of the closure has a strip-shaped recess, thinning the wall along the width of the strip, with the entry into the wall material and the exit being a peripheral phase. Important features of an industrial design A bottle with a closure according to an industrial design has the outline of a male mannequin's torso, the neck of which is a truncated cone-shaped neck with a circumferential semi-ring convexity, and the closure has the form of a truncated cone-shaped hollow body with a circumferential, strip-shaped recess that thins the wall and a internal a half-ring recess, corresponding to the convexity on the neck, and an internal flat rebate on the upper bottom of the closure with a circumferential groove.
