Pojemnik na kawe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy szklany sloik oraz nakretke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: szklany sloik ma ksztalt, w czesci górnej, walca z gwintem polozonym przy górnej krawedzi, a w czesci dolnej walca z wypukla sciana boczna, przy czym wysokosc czesci górnej jest okolo trzykrotnie wieksza od wysokosci czesci dolnej. Nakretka ma ksztalt walca, a na jejpowierzchni bocznej znajduje sie etykieta, której grafika obejmuje rysunek ziaren kawy, pole owalne oraz napisy literowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.1 do 2 . The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in its shape and graphics. The coffee container according to the industrial design, comprising a glass jar and a cap, has the following essential features: the glass jar is cylindrical in its upper part with threading located at the upper edge, and the lower part is cylindrical with a convex side wall, with the height of the upper part being approximately three times greater than the height of the lower part.
