Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na kawe w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig.2- pojemnik na kawe w widoku perspektywicznym w stanie rozlozonym. Pojemnik na kawe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy szklany sloik oraz nakretke, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: szklany sloik ma ksztalt dwusegmentowego walca, przy czym srednica walca w czesci górnej jest mniejsza, a przy krawedzi górnej znajduje sie gwint, zas w polu sciany bocznej usytuowane sa wytloczenia slowne. Wysokosc czesci górnej jest okolo dwa i pól razy wieksza odwysokosci czesci dolnej. Nakretka ma ksztalt walca, a na jej powierzchni bocznej znajduje sie etykieta, której grafika obejmuje napisy literowe, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 2.Fig. 1 PLCreator of the industrial design: Carsten BUCK. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in its shape and graphics. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the coffee container in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the coffee container in an unfolded perspective view. The coffee container according to the industrial design, comprising a glass jar and a cap, has the following essential features: the glass jar is in the shape of a two-segment cylinder, with the cylinder's diameter being smaller in the upper part, a thread located at the upper edge, and word embossing located on the side wall. The height of the upper part is approximately two and a half times greater than the height of the lower part.
