Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z segmentowa nasadka do plynnych wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowe i oryginalne uksztaltowanie górnej czesci butelki i jej zamykajacej segmentowej nasadki oraz kolorystyka zewnetrznej powierzchni butelki, nadajac wyrobowi zalety uzytkowe i ergonomiczne odbierane w czasie jego uzytkowania, a takze wysokie walory zdobnicze charakterystyczne dla wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Dokumentacja rysunkowa przedstawia na fig. 1 widok aksonometryczny butelki z segmentowa nasadka. Material ilustracyjny stanowi zdjecie perspektywiczne butelki. Butelka z segmentowa nasadka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma postac prostopadloscianu z uskokiem w górnej czesci, na którym opiera sie dolny metalowy segment nasadki z otworem pod mechanizm rozpylajacy i blyszczaca powierzchnie zewnetrzna. Metalowy segment nasadki zakonczony jest od góry niewielkim uskokiem na bocznych powierzchniach, na którym opiera sie górny zamykajacy segment nasadki, wykonany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego o czerwonym odcieniu tworzywa. Poszczególne segmenty nasadki laczone sa ksztaltowo ze szklana czescia butelki oraz z wzajemnym zestawieniem.Matowa powierzchnia szklana pojemnika z charakterystycznym uksztaltowaniem wewnetrznych scianek butelki, blyszczaca, metalowa powierzchnia dolnego segmentu i przejrzysta czerwona powierzchnia górnego zamykajacego segmentu, nadaje butelce wysokie walory estetyczne, zas polaczenie ksztaltowe segmentowej nasadki, pozwala na latwe otwieranie i zamykanie butelki, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2. PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a bottle with a segmented cap for liquid cosmetic products. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original shape of the bottle's upper part and its segmented cap, as well as the color scheme of the bottle's outer surface, which provides the product with functional and ergonomic advantages experienced during use, as well as the high decorative value characteristic of industrial design. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing and illustrative material. The drawing documentation shows an axonometric view of the bottle with a segmented cap in Fig. 1. The illustrative material is a perspective photograph of the bottle. The bottle with a segmented cap, based on the industrial design, has essential industrial design features, characterized by its cuboid shape with a recess in the upper part, supporting the lower metal segment of the cap with an opening for the spray mechanism and a shiny exterior surface. The metal segment of the cap is topped with a small recess on the sides, supporting the upper, closing segment of the cap, made of transparent, red plastic. The individual segments of the cap are form-fitted to the glass part of the bottle and to each other. The matte glass surface of the container with the characteristic shape of the inner walls of the bottle, the shiny metal surface of the lower segment and the transparent red surface of the upper closing segment give the bottle a high aesthetic value, while the form-fitted connection of the segmented cap allows for easy opening and closing of the bottle, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and the attached illustrative material Fig. 2.
