Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 23 lutego 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do pakowania wyrobów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest naczyniem o scianach uformowanych na ksztalt regularnej piecioramiennej gwiazdy, której jedno z ramion jest sciete i zakonczone kulista nakretka, zas dwa ramiona stanowia podstawe butelki. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony metoda wytlaczania z rozdmuchem, formowania wtryskowego lub metoda wtrysku z rozdmuchem. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uformowanie scian na ksztalt regularnej piecioramiennej gwiazdy, z których dwa stanowia podstawe butelki, a jedno, sciete - wlot, zamkniety kulista nakretka.fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 23, 2004. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. The bottle, according to the design, is a vessel with walls formed in the shape of a regular five-pointed star, one of whose arms is truncated and terminated with a spherical cap, while the other two arms constitute the base of the bottle. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced using extrusion blow molding, injection molding, or injection blow molding. The essential features of the industrial design are the walls formed in the shape of a regular five-pointed star, two of which constitute the base of the bottle, and one, truncated, - the inlet, closed with a spherical cap.
