Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16 wrzesnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowana jako bryla o ksztalcie odwróconej, splaszczonej kropli o czubku scietym plaszczyzna podstawy. Prostopadle do podstawy blizniacze sciany czolowa i tylna sazdobione trzema ryflami, z których wierzchni, wyeksponowany, ma ksztalt serca, zas pozostale maja ksztalt serca o scietym czubku. Posrodku górnej sciany butelki usytuowana jest ozdobna szyjka, na której osadzona jest kulista nakretka. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda rozdmuchu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie opakowania jako bryly przypominajacej odwrócona, splaszczona krople o czubku scietym plaszczyzna podstawy; blizniacze sciany czolowa i tylna, zdobione trzema ryflami, z których wierzchni, wyeksponowany, ma ksztalt serca, zas pozostale maja ksztalt serca o scietym czubku; ozdobna szyjka butelki, na której osadzona jest kulista nakretka.fig 1 fig 2 fig 3 PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 16, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the top. The bottle, according to the design, is shaped as a solid in the shape of an inverted, flattened teardrop with a tip truncated by the plane of the base. Perpendicular to the base, the twin front and rear walls are decorated with three grooves, the exposed top of which is heart-shaped, while the remaining ones are heart-shaped with a truncated tip. In the center of the bottle's upper wall is a decorative neck, on which a spherical cap is mounted. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mold using the blow molding method. The essential features of the industrial design include the packaging's shape resembling an inverted, flattened teardrop with a truncated base; twin front and rear walls decorated with three grooves, the exposed top being heart-shaped, while the remaining walls are heart-shaped with a truncated top; and a decorative bottle neck, on which a spherical cap is mounted.
