Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16 wrzesnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowana jako bryla o podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy i przekrojach poprzecznych w ksztalcie elips o zmiennej dlugosci osi wielkich i osi malych. Posrodku górnej sciany butelki, ograniczonej wylacznie do miejsca na szeroka szyjke oraz okalajaceszyjke zgrubienie, osadzona jest kulista nakretka. Nakretka zaopatrzona jest w klapke, umieszczona ponizej polowy wysokosci nakretki. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda rozdmuchu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to sposób uksztaltowania butelki jako bryly o podstawie w ksztalcie elipsy i przekrojach poprzecznych w ksztalcie elips o zmiennej dlugosci osi wielkich i osi malych; kulista nakretka umieszczona posrodku górnej sciany butelki, przy czym sciana górna ograniczona jest wylacznie do miejsca na szeroka szyjke oraz okalajace szyjke zgrubienie; umieszczona ponizej polowy wysokosci nakretki klapka, stanowiaca zamkniecie butelki.fig 1 fig 1 2 fig 3 PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 16, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 in a side view, and Fig. 3 in a top view. The bottle, according to the design, is shaped as a solid with an elliptical base and cross-sections in the shape of ellipses with variable lengths of the major and minor axes. A spherical cap is mounted in the center of the bottle's upper wall, limited only by the space for the wide neck and the neck-circling bulge. The cap is equipped with a flap located below half the cap's height. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced in a mold using the blow molding method. Essential features of the industrial design include the bottle's shape, with an elliptical base and ellipse-shaped cross-sections with variable major and minor axes; a spherical cap placed in the center of the bottle's upper wall, with the upper wall limited solely by the space for the wide neck and the neck-encircling bulge; and a flap placed below half the cap's height, which serves as the bottle's closure.
