Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z kapeluszem, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke z kapeluszem w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - przedstawia kapelusz w przekrojupoprzecznym, fig.3 - w widoku od czola, natomiast fotografia, fig.4 - prezentuje butelke wraz z etykieta i kapeluszem w widoku ogólnym. Butelka z kapeluszem, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest uksztaltowana w formie splaszczonej bryly o lukowo wyprofilowanych narozach, u góry wyposazonej w rozmieszczona symetrycznie szyjke. Czesc czolowa butelki jest zaopatrzona w etykiete z górna krawedzia uformowana posrodku lukowo a po bokach przebiegajaca poziomo. Na etykiecie znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy rozmieszczone posrodku stylizowane sombrerro a po bokach kaktusy. Na etykiecie oprócz rysunku sa usytuowane róznorodne, stylizowane napisy. Szyjka butelki jest zaopatrzona w kapelusz, osadzony na niej „na wcisk". Kapelusz przypomina w swym ksztalcie sombrerro. Ma obrzeza wywiniete ku górze a wewnatrz posiada pionowe zebra. Wewnetrzne, pionowe zebra zapewniaja trwale mocowanie kapelusza na szyjce butelki. Toorank Polska S.A. The industrial design is a bottle with a hat, intended for packaging alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new form of the object manifests itself in the shape and surface properties. The design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle with a hat in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the hat in cross-section, Fig. 3 in a frontal view, and Fig. 4 presents the bottle with the label and hat in a general view. The bottle with a hat, in accordance with the industrial design, is shaped as a flattened solid with arc-shaped corners, equipped with a symmetrically arranged neck at the top. The front of the bottle is equipped with a label with an upper edge formed in an arc in the center and running horizontally on the sides. The label features a drawing of a stylized sombrero placed in the center and cacti on the sides. In addition to the drawing, the label also features various stylized inscriptions. The bottle neck is equipped with a cap, which is pressed onto it. The cap resembles a sombrero in shape. It has upward-curved edges and vertical ribs inside.
