Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16 wrzesnia 2002 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do pakowania produktów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - w widoku z góry. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest uksztaltowana jako naczynie o czterech scianach, z których dwie wieksze moga pelnic role sciany czolowej. Jedna z dwóch wiekszych scian jest wypukla, druga plaska, równolegla do podstawy. Sciany boczne butelki sa usytuowane pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do sciany plaskiej i lagodnym lukiem odchylaja sieod pionu w kierunku wnetrza. Butelka jest zaopatrzona w okragla nakretke, której sciana boczna harmonijnym lukiem rozszerza sie ku górze. Nakretka jest zamykana klapka. Na skale przemyslowa wzór moze byc odtworzony na formie metoda rozdmuchu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to sposób uksztaltowania czterech scian butelki, z których dwie wieksze, jedna wypukla, druga plaska i równolegla do podstawy, moga pelnic role sciany czolowej; usytuowanie scian bocznych pod katem rozwartym w stosunku do sciany plaskiej i ich lagodne, lukowate odchylenie od pionu; ksztalt nakretki harmonizujacy z ksztaltem butelki.fig 1 fig 2 fig 3 PL PLThe industrial design registration right has been in effect since September 16, 2002. The industrial design is a bottle intended for packaging cosmetic products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 in a side view, Fig. 3 in a back view, and Fig. 4 in a top view. The bottle, according to the design, is shaped as a vessel with four walls, the two larger of which can function as the front wall. One of the two larger walls is convex, the other flat, parallel to the base. The side walls of the bottle are positioned at an obtuse angle to the flat wall and gently curve away from the vertical towards the interior. The bottle is fitted with a round cap, the side wall of which widens upward in a harmonious arc. The cap is closed with a flap. On an industrial scale, the design can be reproduced on a mold using the blow molding method. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape of the four bottle walls, the two larger ones—one convex, the other flat and parallel to the base—which can serve as the front wall; the positioning of the side walls at an obtuse angle to the flat wall and their gentle, arched deviation from the vertical; and the shape of the cap harmonizing with the shape of the bottle.
