Nasadka na butelki do perfum Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka na butelki do perfum. Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke, material wytworu oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka na butelki do perfum jest wykonana z tworzywa w postaci czworokatnego graniasto- slupa o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu z bokami o lukowych liniach, która w osi symetrii posiada otwór kolowy w górnej czesci nasadki nie- przelotowy, przy czym pobocznice graniastoslupa maja ksztalt podstawy, przy czym jedna pobocznica posiada lukowe odchylenie od pionu nasadki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia nasadke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z góry Nasadka na butelki do perfum ma postac czworokatnego graniastoslupa o podstawie zblizonej do kwadratu z bokami o lukowych liniach, która w osi symetrii posiada kolowy otwór w górnej czesci nasadki nieprzelotowy, przy czym pobocznice graniastoslupa maja ksztalt podstawy. Jedna pobo- cznica posiada lukowe odchylenie od pionu nasadki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig.2. Nasadka jest wykonana z bezbarwnego tworzywa sztucznego. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nasadka do butelek do per- fum wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w postaci graniastoslupa o podsta-wie zblizonej do kwadratu z bokami o lukowych liniach, która w osi sy- metrii posiada kolowy otwór w górnej czesci nasadki nieprzelotowy, przy czym pobocznice graniastoslupa maja ksztalt podstawy, a jedna pobocznica posiada lukowe odchylenie od pionu nasadki.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLPerfume Bottle Cap. The subject of the industrial design is a perfume bottle cap. The industrial design represents a new and unique form of a product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the product's lines, contours, shapes, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The novelty and originality of the industrial design lies in the fact that the perfume bottle cap is made of a material in the form of a quadrangular prism with a base approximately square and sides with arcuate lines, which has a circular, non-through hole in the upper part of the cap on its axis of symmetry. The prism's sides are shaped like the base, with one side having an arcuate deviation from the cap's vertical. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the cap from the front, and Fig. 2 - from the top. The perfume bottle cap is in the form of a quadrangular prism with a base approximately square and sides with arcuate lines, which has a circular blind hole in the upper part of the cap on its axis of symmetry, with the side surfaces of the prism having the shape of the base. One side surface has an arcuate deviation from the cap vertical, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The cap is made of colorless plastic. The essential features of the industrial design are a cap for perfume bottles made of plastic in the form of a prism with a base close to a square and sides with arc-shaped lines, which has a circular, blind hole in the upper part of the cap in the axis of symmetry, where the side faces of the prism have the shape of the base and one side face has an arc-shaped deviation from the vertical of the cap.
