Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do wyrobów kosmetycznych w postaci plynnej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt butelki oraz kolorystyka jej zewnetrznej powierzchni, nadajac butelce walory uzytkowe i ergonomiczne, widoczne w czasie uzytkowania oraz wysokie walory zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach i w materiale ilustracyjnym. Na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 przedstawia widok boczny butelki do wyrobów kosmetycznych, fig. 2 - widok z góry butelki, jak na fig. 1. Material ilustracyjny stanowia zdjecia, na których fig. 3 przedstawia widok aksonometryczny butelki do wyrobów kosmetycznych, fig. 4 - widok z góry butelki jak na fig. 3. Butelka do wyrobów kosmetycznych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego z cylindryczna koncówka wlewowa w czesci górnej, ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzujace sie tym, ze przestrzennie stanowi prostopadloscienna bryle o eliptycznej podstawie przechodzacej promieniowo do plaskich scian czolowych i eliptycznych scian bocznych, laczacych sie lukowo w czesci górnej z walcowym wystepem, zakonczonym cylindryczna koncówka wlewowa. Na górnej powierzchni walcowego wystepu, oparta jest cylindryczna zamykajaca nasadka z pierscieniowym wystepem przy podstawie, zakonczona pierscieniowym wystepem eliptycznej bocznej i górnej powierzchni, ma ksztalt graniastoslupa którego tylna sciana ma zarys eliptycznej bocznej i górnej powierzchni.Butelka jest wykonana z matowego szkla, zas cylindryczna zamykajaca nasadka ma barwe zlota, a pierscieniowy wystep ma kolor czarny, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3 i fig. 4. Butelka do wyrobów kosmetycznych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego majac prostopadloscienny ksztalt, z plaskimi scianami czolowymi daje gwarancje pewnosci chwytu i trzymania w dloniach wypelnionej kosmetykami butelki, stwarzajac warunki ergonomicznosci chwytu. Istotna zaleta jest stabilnosc posadowienia oraz latwosc zdejmowania i nakladania zamykajacej nasadki. Butelka ponadto jest bardzo estetyczna, korzystnie wplywajaca na odbiorców kosmetyków. PL PL PLThe industrial design is a bottle for liquid cosmetics. The essence of the industrial design is the shape of the bottle and the color scheme of its exterior, giving the bottle practical and ergonomic qualities, visible during use, as well as high decorative value. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings and illustrative material. In the attached drawing, Fig. 1 shows a side view of a bottle for cosmetic products, Fig. 2 - a top view of the bottle, as in Fig. 1. The illustrative material consists of photos, in which Fig. 3 shows an axonometric view of a bottle for cosmetic products, Fig. 4 - a top view of the bottle, as in Fig. 3. A bottle for cosmetic products according to the industrial design with a cylindrical filling tip in the upper part has essential features of the industrial design characterized in that it is spatially a cuboid solid with an elliptical base passing radially to flat front walls and elliptical side walls, connecting in an arc in the upper part with a cylindrical projection, terminated with a cylindrical filling tip. On the upper surface of the cylindrical projection, a cylindrical closing cap rests with an annular projection at the base, ending with an annular projection of elliptical lateral and upper surfaces, it has the shape of a prism, the rear wall of which has the outline of an elliptical lateral and upper surface. The bottle is made of frosted glass, while the cylindrical closing cap is gold-colored, and the annular projection is black, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and in the illustrative material Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The bottle for cosmetic products according to the industrial design, having a cuboid shape, with flat front walls, guarantees a secure grip and holding of the bottle filled with cosmetics in the hands, creating conditions for an ergonomic grip. A significant advantage is the stability of the base and the ease of removing and replacing the closing cap. The bottle is also very aesthetically pleasing, positively impacting the cosmetics' consumers.
