BUTELKA Z NASADKA Prawo z rejestracji trwa od dnia . 21 stycznia 2000 roku Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z nasadka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania i dozowania kosmetyków plynnych zwlaszcza szamponów, odzywek i plynów do pielegnacji wlosów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki z nasadka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 widok butelki z boku, fig.3 widok butelki z góry a fig. 4 widok butelki z dolu. Butelka z nasadka posiadajaca korpus w postaci plaskiego pojemnika o podstawie prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach, zamkniety od góry nasadka usytuowana w osi butelki, zaopatrzona w ruchoma przykrywke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu korpus od podstawy do okolo Vi wysokosci ma ksztalt prostokatny a powyzej Vi wysokosci przechodzi stopniowo w ksztalt owalny. W widoku z boku korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z wklesnietymi pionowymi krawedziami. Najwiekszy poziomy wymiar scianki przedniej korpusu usytuowany na okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki jest w przyblizeniu 4 razy wiekszy od najwiekszego poziomego wymiaru scianki bocznej korpusu. Nasadka butelki w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt trapezu, którego boki odchylone symetrycznie wzgledem osi pionowej stanowia przedluzenie owalnychkrawedzi korpusu usytuowanych powyzej 1/2 jego wysokosci. Podstawa nasadki ma ksztalt owalu . Górna powierzchnia nasadki ma ksztalt owalu o scietych i równoleglych do siebie krótszych bokach i zaopatrzona jest w umieszczona centralnie prostokatna ruchoma przykrywke. Dno butelki od strony zewnetrznej posiada wklesniecie o zarysie w ksztalcie owalu z trójkatnymi wcieciami na krótszych bokach. Butelka z nasadka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego moze byc wykonana w dowolnym kolorze lub w dowolnym zestawie kolorów. PL PLBOTTLE WITH CAP The registration right is valid from 21 January 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle with a cap made of plastic and intended for packaging and dispensing liquid cosmetics, particularly shampoos, conditioners, and hair care lotions. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the bottle with a cap, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. A bottle with a cap, having a body in the form of a flat container with a rectangular base and convex longer sides, closed at the top by a cap positioned along the bottle axis and fitted with a movable lid, is characterized in that in a front view, the body has a rectangular shape from the base to approximately 1/2 of the height, gradually transitioning into an oval shape above 1/2 of the height. In a side view, the body has a shape close to a rectangle with concave vertical edges. The largest horizontal dimension of the body's front wall, located at approximately 2/3 of the bottle height, is approximately four times greater than the largest horizontal dimension of the body's side wall. In a front view, the bottle cap has a trapezoidal shape, whose sides, symmetrically inclined with respect to the vertical axis, constitute an extension of the body's oval edges located above 1/2 of its height. The base of the cap is oval. The upper surface of the cap is oval with truncated, parallel shorter sides and is fitted with a centrally located rectangular movable lid. The bottom of the bottle has an oval-shaped concavity on the outside with triangular indentations on the shorter sides. The bottle with the cap, following the decorative pattern, can be made in any color or combination of colors.
