Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik zwlaszcza do produktów kosmetycznych, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, wyposazonego w nasadke z odchylana klapka, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunku i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fotografie pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z jednego z boków, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 7, moze miec zastosowanie do przechowywania i dozowania srodków kosmetycznych, wzglednie produktów chemii gospodarczej, w postaci zelów, plynów do kapieli, szamponów, oraz detergentów. » Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Pojemnik ma postac zbiornika, wyposazonego u góry w nasadke, wyposazona w otwór wylotowy, zamykany za pomoca odchylanej klapki. Zbiornik pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu postac owalu o scietych bokach, natomiast w widoku z boku - ksztalt prostokata ozaokraglonych dolnych narozach, zas w widoku z góry i z dolu - postac owalu. Nasadka pojemnika jest w górnej czesci zaopatrzona w klapke, zakonczona z przodu jezyczkiem, wystajacym nieznacznie poza powierzchnie nasadki. Nasadka pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt polówki owalu, przy czym w górnej czesci klapki, przechodzi w owal o*mniejszej srednicy. W widoku z boku nasadka ma ksztalt trapezu, przy czym na jego górnej podstawie znajduje sie górna czesc klapki, majaca w widoku z boku ksztalt polówki owalu z wypuklym bokiem od strony jezyczka klapki. Z przodu pojemnika, dolna czesc klapki ma ksztalt fali, natomiast z tylu jest lekko lukowa. W widoku z góry nasadka ma ksztalt owalu z lekko wypuklym bokiem w miejscu jezyczka odchylanej klapki. Powierzchnia boczna nasadki stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni bocznej zbiornika. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, equipped with a cap with a hinged flap, reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the container, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the container, Fig. 3 shows the same container from the front, Fig. 4 shows the same container from the back, Fig. 5 shows the same container from one side, Fig. 6 shows the same container from above, and Fig. 7 shows the same container from below. The container shown in Figs. 1 to 7 can be used for storing and dispensing cosmetics or household chemicals in the form of gels, bath liquids, shampoos, and detergents. » Essential features of the industrial design. The container is in the form of a tank, fitted with a cap at the top, which has an outlet opening closed by a hinged flap. The container's tank is oval in front and back views with beveled sides, while the side view shows a rectangular shape with rounded lower corners, and the top and bottom views show an oval shape. The container's cap is fitted with a flap at the top, terminating in a tongue at the front, protruding slightly beyond the cap's surface. The container's cap is half-oval in front and back views, transitioning into an oval of smaller diameter at the top of the flap. In a side view, the cap has a trapezoidal shape, with the upper part of the flap located at its upper base. In a side view, the shape of the flap is half an oval with a convex side on the flap tongue side. At the front of the container, the lower part of the flap is wave-shaped, while at the back it is slightly arched. In a top view, the cap has an oval shape with a slightly convex side at the flap tongue side. The side surface of the cap is an extension of the side surface of the reservoir. The container, according to the pattern, is preferably equipped with a light-colored reservoir, a darker-colored cap, and an upper part of the flap in a color darker than the color of the cap.
