Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dwukomorowy pojemnik dozujacy, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac dwukomorowego pojemnika dozujacego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Dwukomorowy pojemnik dozujacy, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 8 moze miec zastosowanie do przechowywania i dozowania srodków kosmetycznych, wzglednie produktów chemii gospodarczej, w postaci zelów, odzywek, szamponów, oraz detergentów. W obydwu jego komorach moga sie znajdowac takie same, badz rózne produkty.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Dwukomorowy pojemnik dozujacy sklada sie: z dwóch oddzielnych komór na ciecz, z osadzonej na tych komorach nasadki, zaopatrzonej w dwie dysze wylotowe, oraz z pokrywki. Nasadka pojemnika w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu, przy czym z przodu i z tylu wystaja nieznacznie poza obrys nasadki komory pojemnika, natomiast wzdluz krótszej osi nasadka jest zaopatrzona w owalna pokrywke. Komory pojemnika maja w widoku z przodu i z tylu postac prostokata z zaokraglonymi dolnymi wierzcholkami, oraz nieznacznie zbiegajacymi sie ku górze dluzszymi bokami, natomiast nasadka pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu postac trapezu. W widoku z dolu obydwie komory pojemnika maja ksztalt polówki owalu, natomiast w widoku z boku komory maja ksztalt prostokata z trapezowym wycieciem z przodu, z ukosnie scietym krótszym górnym bokiem, nieznacznie zbieznymi w górnej czesci dluzszymi bokami, oraz ze scietymi dolnymi wierzcholkami, przy czym tylny wierzcholek jest sciety bardziej niz przedni. Nasadka ma w widoku z boku ksztalt trójkata o lekko zaokraglonym boku, i jest zaopatrzona u góry w odsadzenie, majace w widoku z góry ksztalt owalu, na którym znajduja sie dwie stozkowe dysze wylotowe - jedna dla kazdej komory pojemnika. Os nasadki jest przesunieta wzgledem osi obydwu komór, natomiast dysze wylotowe i pokrywka sa przesuniete zarówno wzgledem nasadki, jak i komór pojemnika. Powierzchnia boczna nasadki stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni bocznej komór pojemnika, natomiast powierzchnia tylna pokrywki stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni tylnej nasadki. Pokrywka pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu, z tylu i boku postac trapezu, przy czym z przodu i z tylu jest w dolnej czesci zaopatrzona wradelkowana prostokatna powierzchnie, ulatwiajaca chwycenie i zdjecie pokrywki, natomiast w widoku z góry pokrywka ma ksztalt owalu. Nasadka pojemnika jest korzystnie wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze ciemnym, pokrywka - z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, natomiast jedna z komór pojemnika - z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze jasnym, zas druga - z pólprzezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego.Fig.1Fig.2 Fig.3Fig.4 Fig.5Fig.6 Fig.7 Fig.8 PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a two-chamber dispensing container, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the two-chamber dispensing container, manifested in its shape and color. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the two-chamber dispensing container, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the container, Fig. 3 shows the same container from the front, Fig. 4 shows the same container from the back, Fig. 5 shows the same container from one side, Fig. 6 shows the same container from the other side, Fig. 7 shows the same container from the top, and Fig. 8 shows the same container from the bottom. The two-chamber dispensing container shown in Figures 1 to 8 can be used for storing and dispensing cosmetics or household chemicals such as gels, conditioners, shampoos, and detergents. Both chambers can contain the same or different products. Essential features of the industrial design: The two-chamber dispensing container consists of two separate liquid chambers, a cap mounted on these chambers, equipped with two outlet nozzles, and a lid. The container cap, viewed from above, is oval in shape, with the front and rear protruding slightly beyond the outline of the container chamber cap, while the cap is provided with an oval lid along the shorter axis. The container chambers, when viewed from the front and rear, have a rectangular shape with rounded lower apexes and slightly upwardly tapering longer sides, while the container cap, when viewed from the front and rear, has a trapezoidal shape. Viewed from below, both container chambers have a half-oval shape, while from the side, the chambers have a rectangular shape with a trapezoidal cutout at the front, a diagonally cut shorter upper side, slightly tapered longer sides at the top, and truncated lower apexes, with the rear apexes being more truncated than the front. Viewed from the side, the cap has a triangular shape with slightly rounded sides and is provided with a shoulder at the top, which, when viewed from above, has an oval shape, on which are two conical discharge nozzles—one for each container chamber. The axis of the cap is offset relative to the axes of both chambers, while the outlet nozzles and the lid are offset relative to both the cap and the container chambers. The lateral surface of the cap is an extension of the lateral surface of the container chambers, while the rear surface of the lid is an extension of the rear surface of the cap. The container lid has a trapezoidal shape in front, rear, and side views, while the front and rear sides are provided with a knurled rectangular surface in the lower part that facilitates gripping and removing the lid. In a top view, the lid is oval. The container cap is preferably made of dark plastic, the lid is made of transparent plastic, while one of the container chambers is made of light plastic, and the other is made of translucent plastic.
